2012 STALLHOLDER'S INFORMATION

The Australian Celtic Festival captures an array of stalls over the festival period. Stalls are encouraged  to be colourful, fun, appealing and innovative to add to the festival atmosphere.

The 2012 stall holder application is  now available;Click here  It is quite important that you thoroughly read the 2012 stallholder application before completing your application: there are several new requirements particularly regarding insurance,stall size  and food stalls.   Stallholders who attended the 2011 festival will receive an application form by post in the second week of October. Applications close March 31st 2012 and must include a copy of public liability insurance,workers compensation insurance for  staff and   personal accident & illness insurance for sole traders.

Incomplete applications will not be able to be processed and late applications  will not be accepted.  Applications are accepted as they arrive. Food stalls must reference the following  www.foodauthority.nsw.gov.au to ensure they are compliant. The committee reserves the right to refuse  entry to  a non-compliant food/clan /merchandise stall and to re-allocate stalls due to late cancellations.

Direct deposit: It is very important for payments made this way to be correctly receipted, that all the following steps are followed; Your payment may not be receipted otherwise.
When making your payment by direct deposit, you must include the reference no 6541-1040-0000 and the stall/clan/or name on the deposit information and email confirmation of payment to the festival office mhollingworth@gisc.nsw.gov.au;
