Apply to perform at our Festival

If you’re an entertainer that specialises in Celtic or folk music, dance or performances then you’re in the right place! Musicians, Bands, Pipe & Instrumental Bands, Poets, Comedians and all other Celtic entertainers can apply to perform at the 2022 Australian Celtic Festival here. Please complete the application form below to submit your interest.

In 2022 the Festival is excited to host a full program for our 30th anniversary event, kicking off on the 28th April until 1st May in Glen Innes, NSW. We continue our celebration of all the Celtic nations and our theme highlights Brittany, Cornwall and Wales.

This year performances that represent our highlighted nations will be favoured during the selection process. So please include in your application the Celtic and themed aspects of your performance and include samples of your work (video or audio links accepted).

A little bit about performing at our Festival in 2022

Performances will be held in various locations around Glen Innes  from Thursday 28 April 2021 until Sunday 1 May 2021. 

At the Australian Standing Stones Festival venue there is a main performance marquee, a dance marquee and smaller more intimate performance marquees for small acoustic groups and cultural workshops.

Performers may be invited to perform at Official Australian Celtic Festival events and ceremonies around town during the Festival. 

Other opportunities include performing at businesses and venues around town in the evenings and throughout the festival.

The Festival does not organise performer accommodation during the Festival period, please factor this cost into your performance application. 

The Festival can provide information about all Glen Innes Highlands accommodation options including homestay and community halls. All Glen Innes Showground bookings need to be made directly through the Glen Innes Showground Land Manager.

Please also indicate the days you are available to perform during the Festival. Please complete this form fully. The information provided on this form will be used by us for the selection process. It does not constitute a contract to our part, nor does it obligate to hire you in any way.
