Tickets are available for the 2022 Australian Celtic Festival Official Events below.

Before you purchase your tickets make sure you’ve reviewed our full program of events happening for our 30th anniversary celebration.

Ticket Pricing and Information

We have four ticketed ‘Official Australian Celtic Festival’ experiences in 2022:

  • Australian Celtic Festival – Sat 30 Apr & Sun 1 May at the Australian Standing Stones
  • Ceud Mile Failte! 100,000 Welcomes! Concert – Thursday 28 Apr at the Glen Innes & District Services Club
  • Medieval Long Table Dinner – Friday 29 Apr at the Australian Standing Stones  SOLD OUT
  • Welsh Choir Concert – Sat 30 Apr at the Glen Innes Chapel Theatre SOLD OUT
 
TICKETS ON SALE 1 MARCH 2022
  • Confirmation of your order will be emailed upon purchase.
  • All purchasers will be allocated a wristband that will grant you entry to the festival.
  • Postage of wristbands will begin mid march and may take 5-7 working days for delivery.
  • From 31 March wristbands will not be posted and can be collected from the Glen Innes Visitor Information Centre or at the Festival.
  • If your wristband does not arrive, please contact our ticket provider who will assist you further.

Entry:  $30 – $75 (Booking fees apply).

  • GROUP Booking (15+) Please contact the Glen Innes Visitor Information Centre to book directly and receive a discount.
  • Wristband postage** $4.95 
  • Children (16 an under) entry is free when accompanied by an adult. 

*To purchase a concession ticket you must have a valid pensioner, senior or disability card. This will be validated upon ticket admission. 

** Postage of wristbands is mandatory for Early Bird tickets and is recommended to ensure you save time waiting in line at the Festival.

What’s included with your ticket?

Tickets for the Australian Celtic Festival give you access to the Australian Standing Stones Venue for the date/dates listed on the ticket. Once in the venue you are free to roam and experience all the different activities and performances. 

Companion Card Offer

The Australian Celtic Festival is a registered affiliate of the NSW Government Companion Card and offers one additional ticket (free of charge) for the Australian Celtic Festival Event at the Australian Standing Stones, to people with disabilities who require a support person to accompany them at the event. Those support attendees must show their valid Companion Card for proof of entry and accompanying a paying ticket holder with a disability. If you do not have your card you will be required to purchase a ticket at the on-site box office. 

Glen Innes Residents Offer

Glen Innes residents can purchase discounted tickets for themselves and their visiting friends and relatives in person, or via the phone at the Glen Innes Visitor Information Centre from 1 March 2022. 

NSW Discover Vouchers

NSW residents can use their $25 NSW Discover vouchers Australian Celtic Festival Day and Weekend Passes. Purchases using NSW Discover Vouchers must be made in person at the Glen Innes Visitor Information Centre or at the Box Office during the event.

FREE Festival Bus (Armidale & Inverell Return)

The Australian Celtic Festival will be offering return bus services for Festival Attendees staying in Inverell, Guyra and Armidale. You must have a day or weekend pass to the Australian Celtic Festival at the Australian Standing Stones (Sat 30 Apr – Sun 1 May) to use this service. Proudly funded by the NSW Government.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • The free bus service is for Festival Attendees ONLY.
  • Please present your bus ticket to the driver when boarding.
  • Due to timetable constraints, buses are unable to wait or delay departure times on passenger request. Please ensure you are at the bus stop 5 minutes before departure time.
  • Glen Innes Bus Services or the Event Organiser will not be held responsible for any loss or damage of property.
  • Glen Innes Bus Services or the Event Organiser will not be responsible for non-attendance due to missing departure/pick-up times.

COVID RESTRICTIONS

  • Passengers are required to wear masks on public transport (under 12 years exempt). If you are unable to wear a mask due to medical reasons, you must provide proof to the driver.
  • Please do not travel on the bus if you are unwell or displaying flu like symptoms.

  • 100’000 Welcomes Concert – General Admission $15

What’s included with your ticket?

Tickets for the 100,000 Welcomes Concert give you access to the Thursday night concert at the Glen Innes & District Services Club featuring performances by Asleep at the Reel, North & Elsewhere, Cape Byron Celtic Dance, Flashjack and Irish New Dance Troupe.

 Dinner is not included in the ticket price however, will be available for purchase at the Crystal Room Restaurant. 

Medieval Long Table Dinner SOLD OUT

When: Fri 29 Apr, starts at 5pm

Venue: Australian Standing Stones

Entry:  $35 (Booking fees apply)

What’s included with your ticket?

A seat at the Medieval long table in the Sapphire Marquee with delicious meats and accompaniments by Smo-KING Barbeque plus entertainment. 

The Boar N Drum Bar will be open and entertainment will include music and dance.

Cantorian Sydney Male Voice Choir Concert – SOLD OUT

When: Sat 30 Apr, 6pm for 6.30pm start

Venue: Glen Innes Chapel Theatre

Entry:  $25 (Booking fees apply)

What’s included with your ticket?

Entry to the Glen Innes Chapel Theatre to witness the spectacular Cantorian Sydney Male Voice Choir plus special guest soloist. The concert includes 2 x 45 minute sets and intermission. Light snacks and refreshments are available for purchase at the venue and are not included in the ticket price.

Important Information

  1. For commercial group booking (15 or more tickets) please call the Glen Innes Visitor Information Centre to book on 02 6730 2400 or email tourism@gisc.nsw.gov.au 
  2. Please ensure you have selected the correct tickets prior to purchasing.
  3. You will need to present your ticket/wristband to be admitted at each event.
  4. You will only be admitted to the event listed on your ticket. Tickets do not include accommodation or access to other events happening around Glen Innes Highlands.
  5. Tickets can only be admitted once. You will receive a wristband for the Australian Celtic Festival at the Australian Standing Stones which will allow you to leave and return to the venue. Please note each time you enter the venue your wristband will need to be scanned.
  6. The Australian Celtic Festival is a free flowing event and the venue has multiple entertainment arenas and marquees, some with limited seating available.
  7. There are many independent events at various venues around Glen Innes Highlands during the Festival, we aim to provide up to date information on the events happening around town and where you can book tickets, however Glen Innes Severn Council and The Australian Celtic Festival is not responsible for tickets and bookings to events independent of the Official Australian Celtic Festival events.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

  1. Tickets for the Australian Celtic Festival  and ACF Official Events are non-refundable for change of mind or non-attendance.
  2. The Festival is an all-weather, outdoor event. The Australian Celtic Festival reserve the right to change, add, withdraw or substitute artists in the Festival line-up, vary the advertised program without prior notification and deny admission to the Festival Site (including admission to a particular performance at the Festival Site) with reasonable cause, including incorrect/invalid tickets presented.
  3. Please refer to our third party ticket providers buyers policy for terms and conditions of purchase, iwannaticket.
  4. In the event that the Festival is cancelled Ticket holders are entitled to a refund for their ticket purchase per the terms and conditions of purchase, iwannaticket.

Notice of Filming and Photography

When you attend this event, you enter an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur. By entering the event premises, you consent to such recording media and its release, publication, exhibition or reproduction, without compensation.
