ACFF Concert Sessions

The 2021 Australian Celtic Fringe Festival in Glen Innes celebrates the Celtic Nations of Ireland and Isle of Man. There will be five (5) Concert Sessions featuring live music and dance at our exclusive Entertainment Precinct at the Australian Standing Stones.

The Entertainment Precinct has exclusive access to the Boar N Drum bar and food stalls for the duration of your session.

If you are booked for multiple Concerts you can visit the FREE Market event outside the Precinct between sessions to allow for our volunteers to complete a thorough clean and sanitization of the venue.

Tickets and Covid registration are required upon entry at the Entertainment Precinct, we suggest you download the Service NSW Covid Safe App prior to getting to the event.

You can purchase tickets for multiple sessions and select from Premium or General seating options. Tickets for each session are limited.  We encourage you to view the program and read all ticket pricing and information before buying tickets.

Friday Night
at the Chapel Theatre

Join the ACFF at our Friday Night Concert at the Chapel Theatre! Featuring an action packed concert by our Festival artists including Owen Windred, Kinsale, Voyage of Irish & Scotia Highland Dancers, Gone Molly, Cape Byron Celtic Dancers and Hat Fitz and Cara. Food & drinks will be available at the Bar and in the Foyer. This is a COVID-safe event and seating is limited.

Ticket Pricing and Information

  • Concert Session – Premium Seating – $35
  • Concert Session – General Seating – $25 (mixed undercover and open air seating, undercover seating not guaranteed)
  • Saturday Night Concert Session – Premium Seating – $40
  • Saturday Night Concert Session –  General Seating – $30 (mixed undercover and open air seating, undercover seating not guaranteed)
  • Cultural Market Event – Free, no ticket required.

After you have purchased your tickets, you must complete the details for each ticket holder and select save. Once this is completed you will receive an email with all of your tickets.

Concert 1 – Sat, 1 May 2021, from 9am to 12pm

Performances by Ella Roberts, The Boatmen, Murphy’s Pigs, Cape Byron Celtic Dance and Voyage of Irish Dance/Scotia Highland Dancers.

Concert 2 – Sat, 1 May 2021, from 1pm to 4pm

Performances by Kinsale, Limerick, The Gathering, Cape Byron Celtic Dance and Voyage of Irish Dance/Scotia Highland Dancers.

Concert 3 – Sat, 1 May 2021, from 5pm to 10pm

The Saturday night concert starts at 6pm, we encourage you to arrive from 5pm, grab some drinks from the Boar N Drum Bar and a bite to eat and get settled to enjoy a prelude of pipe bands and special guests.

Performances by Gone Molly, Hatz Fitz & Cara, The Boatmen, and the Gypsy Clovers with MC Comedian Peter Berner.

Concert 4 – Sun, 2 May 2021, from 9am to 12pm

What’s included with your ticket?

Concert tickets give you admission to the Concert Session date and time you have purchased.

For the duration of your session you will have exclusive access to the Entertainment Precinct food vendors, Boar n Drum Bar, Performances. There are toilet amenities in the Entertainment Precinct.

Important Information

  1. There will be no discounts for group bookings for the Australian Celtic Fringe Festival Concert Sessions. 
  2. Please ensure you have selected the correct Concert Session prior to purchasing your tickets.
  3. You will need to present your ticket to be scanned at the Entertainment Precinct gate. 
  4. You will only be admitted to the Concert Session date/time listed on your ticket/s.
  5. Tickets can only be admitted once. Once you have been admitted you must remain in the Entertainment Precinct for the duration of your session.
  6. You may enter the Entertainment Precinct at anytime during the session displayed on your ticket, however you will not be refunded for late admittance or non-attendance.
  7. Premium undercover seating will be reserved for premium ticket holders. As you arrive ushers will help you to your seats on a first in, first served basis.
  8. We encourage you to arrive half an hour early to your session to ensure you are seated in time.
  9. Between sessions, after a thorough cleanse and as attendees are being seated there will be a prelude of pipe band performances.
  10. Attendees can move freely throughout the Entertainment Precinct during their session to access the Boar N Drum Bar, food stalls and toilet facilities. This is subject to change.
  11. Once your Session has concluded you must exit the Entertainment Precinct in a timely manner to allow for a thorough clean of the area prior to the next session. You can stay and experience the cultural markets after your session.
  12. Tickets do not include accommodation or access to other events happening around Glen Innes Highlands.
  13. There are many independent events at various venues around Glen Innes Highlands during the Festival, we aim to provide up to date information on the events happening around town and where you can book tickets, however Glen Innes Severn Council and The Australian Celtic Festival is not responsible for tickets and bookings to events independent of the Australian Celtic Fringe Festival.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

  1. Tickets for the Australian Celtic Fringe Festival concert sessions are non-refundable for change of mind or non-attendance.
  2. The Festival is an all-weather, outdoor event. The Australian Celtic Festival reserve the right to change, add, withdraw or substitute artists in the Festival line-up, vary the advertised program without prior notification and deny admission to the Festival Site (including admission to a particular performance at the Festival Site) with reasonable cause, including tickets presented for incorrect session times.

  4. In the event that the Festival is cancelled Ticket holders are entitled to a refund for their ticket purchase per the terms and conditions of purchase, iwannaticket.

When you attend this event, you enter an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur. By entering the event premises, you consent to such recording media and its release, publication, exhibition or reproduction, without compensation.
