AUSTRALIAN CELTIC FESTIVAL – CANCELLED DUE TO COVID-19

Glen Innes Severn Council regrets to inform the public that due to the Public Health (COVID-19 Public Events) Order 2020 issued by the NSW Government, under the Public Health Act 2010, the Australian Celtic Festival has now been cancelled.

Council is now communicating directly with all ticket holders to let them know how to receive a refund on their tickets.  We ask that all ticket holders be patient and allow us time to work through the process.

Important Information

Ticket Categories

Visitor tickets are for residents outside of our local New England High Country region.

New England High Country tickets are for residents living in Tenterfield, Inverell, Glen Innes, Armidale, Walcha, Uralla and Guyra council areas, residents may also choose to purchase tickets for their visiting friends and relatives when buying their tickets.

Concessions include – Aged pension and disability.

Please note that Children (Under the age of 18) are FREE and do not require a ticket for entry to the Festival, but they must be accompanied by an adult.

Refund and Cancellation Policy:

Australian Celtic Festival tickets are non refundable. The Festival is an all weather event and will take place rain, hail or shine. The Australian Celtic Festival reserve the right to change, add, withdraw or substitute artists in the Festival line-up, vary the advertised program without prior notification and deny admission to the Festival Site (including admission to a particular performance at the Festival Site) with reasonable cause.

No refunds on tickets in relation to Coronavirus (COVID-19) except in the unlikely circumstance authorities (Federal/State Government) ban public gatherings/events in the Glen Innes Severn LGA. Updates will be posted to the Australian Celtic Festival Facebook Page.

Pre-ordered shirts, voucher packs and badges will be available for collection from the Visitor Information Centre from 27th April 2020. Please bring your tickets to collect.

Business Discount Voucher Pack

As part of the early bird promotion, for $10.00 you will receive some great discounts to participating local businesses when you are in town for the Festival. The promotional vouchers are available for collection at the Glen Innes Visitor Information Centre from Friday 24th April and can be used at participating businesses from the 27th April to the 3rd May, while you are in town for the festival.
